We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead IPSY's fast-paced, customer-centric Digital Experiences team. This team powers the personalized subscription experience for our 2M+ members across IPSY Original, Extra, Ultimate, and more. As a senior leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving both technical delivery and architectural excellence, while also leading and mentoring engineering leaders. You’ll be responsible for shaping the long-term technical roadmap, ensuring the platforms and tools you build elevate user engagement, retention, and personalization across IPSY's digital products. In this role, you'll lead a talented team of engineers and engineering managers, developing talent at scale and fostering a culture of growth and innovation. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other teams to shape the future of our platform, while scaling engineering efforts and optimizing development processes to meet the growing needs of the business. This position reports to a Senior Director of Engineering and is fully remote (from one of the 16 U.S. states where IPSY hires -- see application for list).
