Cat-I Glass is looking for a Team Builder to serve as an Engineering Manager. This role requires ownership of both the factory floor and the maintenance department. The ideal candidate understands the importance of proactive maintenance over reactive repairs, can effectively communicate with operators and millwrights, and makes decisive, independent decisions. Requirements

Ability to use root cause analysis, DOE, or SPC to fix recurring equipment failures.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Understanding of thermal or chemical tempering, lamination, and precision edge finishing.
Hands-on manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and build a team.
Ability to make independent decisions.
Ability to communicate effectively with operators and millwrights.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in ceramics process or manufacturing engineering.
Experience with ERP/MES systems.

Responsibilities
