This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East Coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. In this role, you will lead a small engineering team as a hands-on player-coach — owning the team’s delivery and health, developing the engineers on it, and still contributing directly to the codebase where it adds the most leverage. Engineering Managers turn roadmaps into shipped software through the people they lead, balancing people leadership, delivery management, and personal technical contribution in a deliberately lean, AI-forward environment.
