We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead one of our technology teams, driving innovation and ensuring world-class digital experiences for our guests. This leader will bring a proven track record of building and growing high-performing engineering teams, while balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how moviegoers engage with our brand through digital platforms, ticketing systems, loyalty programs, and in-theater technologies.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, including leading remote teams
  • Strong technical foundation in modern software engineering practices, with the ability to guide architectural and design decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in building high performing, engaged, and motivated teams that deliver results.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on roadmaps, including product features and engineering improvements
  • Experience working in consumer-facing or customer-experience-focused industries (cinema, hospitality, retail, or entertainment a plus).
  • Passion for storytelling, movies, and creating memorable experiences through technology.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to define technical roadmaps that support both guest-facing experiences and operational excellence.
  • Ensure best practices in system architecture, scalability, testing, and reliability for platforms that serve millions of cinema-goers.
  • Drive team alignment on priorities, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Recruit top engineering talent and scale the team to support company growth, evolving technologies, and emerging customer needs.
  • Act as a culture force multiplier, reinforcing values of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within the engineering organization.
