About The Position

Advantic Building Group is a design-build structural solutions company focused on building smarter, lighter, and more efficient infrastructure. We design, fabricate, and install systems using Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) — a high-performance material that helps our partners move faster, build safer, and reduce long-term impact across mission-critical and industrial environments. We value individuals who are curious, accountable, and willing to lean in when things get challenging. At Advantic, culture isn’t a poster on the wall — it’s lived out every day in how we collaborate, problem-solve, and support one another. If you’re looking for a place where your voice matters, your work has impact, and your growth is encouraged, you’ll feel at home here. The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading engineering and technical support functions that drive successful execution across assembly, fabrication, machining, and manufacturing operations. This role oversees teams responsible for fabrication and installation drawing creation, BOM development and accuracy, CAM programming, manufacturing engineering, and fabrication systems support. The Engineering Manager ensures engineering deliverables are accurate, manufacturable, standardized, and aligned with operational requirements. This role plays a critical part in improving production efficiency, machine reliability, process capability, quality, and system integration across the organization. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, scheduling, supply chain, and project management teams to support scalable and repeatable manufacturing processes.
