About The Position

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of automation and controls professionals while overseeing the delivery of high-profile industrial projects. This leader will play a critical role in shaping technical direction, developing engineering talent, and ensuring projects are delivered with excellence from concept through commissioning. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
13+ years of experience in industrial automation, controls engineering, or systems integration.
Experience leading engineering teams in project-based environments.
Strong understanding of automation technologies, control systems, and industrial operations.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs and stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Professional Engineer (PE) license or comparable technical certification.
Experience supporting proposal development, client engagement, and business growth initiatives.
Familiarity with project planning, financial management, and risk mitigation practices.

Responsibilities

Guide engineering teams through design, integration, testing, and implementation activities.

Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and develop effective technical solutions.
Support sales and business development efforts by contributing technical expertise during pursuits and proposal activities.
Build strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Review key engineering deliverables and project outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and engineering processes.
Ensure compliance with company standards and industry requirements.
