Here, you will make an impact by: Leads manufacturing and labeling engineering team to deliver projects on-time to help achieve results in key operational metrics. Foster a continuous improvement culture, driving results in EHS, quality, cost, and service. Provides technical leadership and validation guidance related to existing products, new product development and product line extensions. Lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies and automation solutions to enhance labeling, packaging, and manufacturing processes to achieve operational efficiency. Coach and develop engineering team. Implements strategic capitol, and operational plans for their group and the engineering department it supports.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management and/or Business Administration
Seven (7) years of combined experience in managing Engineering and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Leads manufacturing and labeling engineering team to deliver projects on-time to help achieve results in key operational metrics.

Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
