The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a(n) Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leads manufacturing and labeling engineering team to deliver projects on-time to help achieve results in key operational metrics. Foster a continuous improvement culture, driving results in EHS, quality, cost, and service. Provides technical leadership and validation guidance related to existing products, new product development and product line extensions. Lead efforts to integrate advanced technologies and automation solutions to enhance labeling, packaging, and manufacturing processes to achieve operational efficiency. Coach and develop engineering team. Implements strategic capitol, and operational plans for their group and the engineering department it supports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Operations Management and/or Business Administration
  • Seven (7) years of combined experience in managing Engineering and/or Technical Services in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5) years experience in a supervisory role in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
