Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related field.
  • 10+ years experience in technical product development and people management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall financial impact of Specialty Engineered projects.
  • Plans, coordinates implementation of Engineering of Specialty Product in Chino Mfg site.
  • Ensures the correct processes and tools are available for implementation.
  • Develop processes and responsible for accuracy and improvement.
  • Develop detailed specifications, detailed program plans and work breakdown structure, milestones, major review, schedule, cost, etc.
  • Completes programs on schedule and on budget meeting all technical and customer requirements.
  • Responsible for managing and completing large engineering projects having strategic platform impact.
  • Leads cross functional teams to achieve business goal.
  • Manages and executes projects with general strategic direction from senior leadership.
  • Identify manufacturing cost drivers and implement plan to control.
  • Responsible for presentation and preparation on Specialty product deliverables to cross functional team.
  • Key contributor to business growth as a direct result of Engineering product projects.
  • Responsible for maintaining integrity of our engineering systems.
  • Mentoring continuously and identifying capability gaps for development.
