About The Position

We are looking for a visionary and technically strong Engineering Manager to lead a team of 10 Design Engineers within our Rigid Frame Trucks Engineering Organization. This team is pioneering the development of next-generation mining equipment, solving complex engineering challenges, and delivering innovative solutions that shape the future of the industry. As the Engineering Manager for Light Structures, you will guide a team responsible for design, analysis, and value chain collaboration across the Large Mining Trucks and Dynamic Energy Transfer product lines. You will oversee both New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Product Improvement (CPI/NSI/Maintenance) initiatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated engineering expertise in light structures, heavy structures, or analytical domains.
  • Proven involvement in major New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with Continuous Product Improvement (CPI) efforts.
  • Knowledge of processes involved in managing people; ability to lead successful teams and diligently address issues related to performance and conflicts at the workplace.
  • Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
  • Knowledge of effective collaboration techniques and ability to build networks with people from different countries and cultures, think and work with them to bring positive impact and flourishing business results.
  • Knowledge of planning methodologies across operational (short-term), tactical (1–2 years), and strategic (3–5 years) horizons. Able to support and align with broader business objectives through effective planning and contributions.
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Materials Science from an accredited institution.
