Engineering Manager
About The Position
We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of talented engineers while helping shape the future of one of the most respected specialized lifting and rigging companies in North America. From developing new lift methodologies and engineering tools to mentoring the next generation of engineers, your work will directly impact customers, field teams, and the future growth of ProLift Rigging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering
- 5+ years of heavy lift, rigging, or related engineering experience
- Experience leading technical teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with lift planning and engineering software
Nice To Haves
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Heavy lift, specialized transport, or structural engineering experience
- Familiarity with AISC, ASME, OSHA, and related industry standards
- Experience with RISA-3D, AutoCAD, Inventor, MathCAD, and similar tools

- Ensure engineering deliverables support safe and successful project execution
