About The Position

The Engineering Manager will lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions. This role involves developing and executing engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance and mentorship, and identify process improvements. Key responsibilities include providing technical leadership for major growth projects, serving as a Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing processes and equipment, and participating in technology-related business strategy development. The position also requires serving as a primary technical resource for SBU management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
10+ years of experience in support of manufacturing and industrial environments
Ability to prioritize Engineering capabilities to maximize impact to business imperatives
Mechanical Integrity knowledge in support of PSM factory processes and equipment

Responsibilities
