About The Position
B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to balance technical guidance, project delivery, and people leadership. This role involves leading a dedicated team while overseeing technical execution and project delivery. The Engineering Manager will mentor, manage, and empower a team of engineers, balance hands-on technical guidance with strategic project planning and resource management, and drive project delivery on time and within budget, ensuring top-tier engineering standards. A proactive, positive leadership style is expected while working closely with divisional teams.
Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) License required.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 7–10+ years of progressive engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/management capacity directly leading engineering teams, managing budgets, and driving project delivery.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAE design software, engineering codes, and safety/regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
