About The Position

PermitFlow is redefining how America builds by serving the nation’s builders with an applied AI company that tackles the challenge of understanding what can be built, where, and how. Their AI agent workforce assists construction companies with permitting, licensing, inspections, and project closeouts, accelerating development across the country. The construction industry, despite its size, faces significant delays and inefficiencies. PermitFlow aims to solve this by providing speed, accuracy, and visibility to development projects. Joining PermitFlow means contributing to the AI infrastructure that supports the next wave of reindustrialization, driven by growth in data centers, factories, housing, and renewables. The company has secured over $90M in funding, including a Series B round, from prominent investors and industry leaders. PermitFlow is rebuilding the fragmented and manual infrastructure of construction permitting with modern software and AI systems, automating the process end-to-end. This is an opportunity to shape an emerging category through engineering decisions.
