Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Nuclear, Systems, or related)
10+ years leading complex engineering projects
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
Strong project management and leadership skills
Background in highly regulated industries such as: Nuclear, Energy, Aerospace, Defense, Advanced Manufacturing

Nice To Haves

DOE or National Laboratory projects
EPC project delivery
Professional Engineer (PE)
Large infrastructure or first-of-a-kind projects
Nuclear or advanced energy systems

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams from design through commissioning.
Coordinate engineering activities across multiple technical disciplines.
Ensure designs meet all applicable engineering codes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage engineering schedules, budgets, and project priorities.
Drive engineering quality, change management, and technical execution.
Collaborate with national laboratories, contractors, and international engineering teams.
