Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence behavior through positive dialogue and have strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Ten (10) or more years prior experience in an automotive manufacturing environment directly related to engineering activities.
Minimum of five years supervisory experience.
Ability to travel within and outside of the U.S. is required.
Knowledge of PPAP / Submission process systems or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of GD&T methods is required.
Knowledge of IATF16949 auditing experience is required.
Proven leadership capabilities are required.
Fluent in English, German (preferably) or Japanese (reading and writing).
