As an Engineering Manager, you will be a technical leader responsible for guiding the Application Platform team to deliver next-generation solutions. Requirements

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated Java mastery and strong object-oriented design skills.
Proven experience architecting cloud applications, preferably cloud-native, on modern cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Demonstrated experience working with AI systems, including integrating AI/ML or GenAI capabilities into production software or platforms.
Proven experience leading engineering teams in cloud platform or enterprise software environments.
Strong technical background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and platform security.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, innovative, and high-performing team culture.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with AI/ML integration, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale platform operations.
Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
