About The Position

CACI is seeking a hands-on Integration Team Manager who will manage a team developing, maintaining and improving current infrastructure that provides pre-mission configuration management and post-mission data workflows to support the warfighter.

Requirements

Systems integration experience
Experience managing a team
Experience in developing, maintaining, and improving infrastructure
Experience with pre-mission configuration management and post-mission data workflows
Understanding of software life-cycle management and tools
System level knowledge (OS and hardware) for diagnosing issues and providing solutions
Ability to profile, analyze, and optimize legacy software systems
Experience refining and enhancing applications to meet customer/operational requirements
Experience optimizing legacy operational software for evolving cyber security requirements

Responsibilities

Manage a team that builds, deploys, configures, and maintains existing software systems
Mentor and support staff engineers on technical and career topics
Execute research, engineering, and development of solutions to support operational capabilities
Lead team members and stakeholders in the development of roadmaps and other technical planning activities
Refine and enhance existing applications to best meet customer/operational requirements
Optimize legacy operational software as necessary to meet continuously evolving cyber security requirements
Apply system level knowledge (OS and hardware) to be able to diagnose issues and provide solutions
Profile, analyze, and optimize legacy software systems
Demonstrate understanding of software life-cycle management (and tools)
Travel onsite to assist with integration of operational systems and updates, as needed
