We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Servicing & Collections to lead a team responsible for the systems that power borrower repayment, payments, delinquency management, and collections at Earnest. This is a high-impact role at the core of Earnest’s business. You will partner closely with Product, Risk, Operations, and Compliance to build scalable, reliable, and compliant systems that improve repayment performance, reduce delinquency, and deliver a high-quality, self-service customer experience. You will play a critical role in transforming servicing into a strategic advantage for Earnest by improving operational efficiency, enabling smarter collections strategies, and creating systems that build long-term customer trust.
