About The Position

As an Onshore Program Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery across multiple teams, ensuring strong execution, governance, and alignment with business goals. This role combines delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and transformation initiatives (including AI adoption).

Requirements

• Strong experience managing large, distributed delivery programs
• Good understanding of modern tech stack (.NET, Java, Azure, Databricks, Kafka, AI tools)
• Ability to balance execution excellence with strategic thinking

• Healthcare domain knowledge (Interop, Utilization Mgmt, Prior Auth) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across teams (scope, timeline, quality, outcomes)
• Act as the single point of ownership onsite
• Drive execution discipline and accountability
• Set up and improve delivery governance (metrics, reporting)
• Enable data-driven decisions using KPIs (velocity, quality, cycle time, ROI)
• Lead quality improvements (automation, defect reduction, shift-left practices)
• Drive adoption of AI-led engineering (Copilots, automation, modern SDLC)
• Contribute to modernization, scalability, and future roadmap planning
• Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership
• Ensure strong collaboration between onshore and offshore teams
• Manage communication, risks, and escalations effectively
• Support team capability building (engineering excellence, AI adoption)
