About The Position

We are looking for a driven, hardworking Program Manager to help support the operational cadence for the Developer Platform organization. We’re looking for someone who can bring diverse groups together to establish program goals, helping them to succeed in delivering against the strategic outcomes of the business as well as support effective communication of goals and strategy to various stakeholders and executive leadership across the Adobe landscape. This person will help to drive the organizational objectives that align to business priorities and provide timely status updates.

Requirements

2 years of relevant technical program management experience
Strong AI, Sharepoint, Excel, Word and Power Point skills
A keen ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve gaps and areas of concern
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills & the ability to "win people over"
Technical background that allows for active and efficient understanding of technical goals and the business outputs expected
Excellent speaking and writing skills
Remain collected in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction
Must be meticulously organized and exceptionally focused and detailed in their work

Responsibilities

Coordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goals
Develop templates and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmaps
Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program success
Create, customize and own the communication and translation of technical milestones and strategy into business goals and KPIs.
Build and maintain a central repository for all updates
Build and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teams
Promote transparency across the organization and communicate program status
