Our expertise includes advanced research systems, maritime solutions, sophisticated sensor technologies and payload delivery capabilities Job Summary The Engineering Manager leads an engineering group of 8–10 staff, ensuring departmental goals, project objectives, and resource needs are met. Responsibilities include managing the group budget, staffing, and performance, as well as overseeing requirements development, requirements management, and model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) practices across programs. The role establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical performance measures (TPMs) to drive quality and execution. Additional duties include developing process and evaluation criteria, identifying emerging technical issues, and reporting project status. The manager maintains a strong understanding of Sparton’s business goals and provides the technical leadership needed to achieve them.
