We're building the gold standard for collectors through immersive, commerce-integrated experiences across Topps, Fanatics Live, and Fanatics Collect. Our mission is to deliver performant systems, high design polish, and data-driven growth experiences that engage the next generation of fans. The Role We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to join the Growth Engineering team, focused on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Topps, Fanatics Live, and Fanatics Collect. This is a player-coach role, where you will spend approximately 60–80% of your time hands-on coding while also leading a small team of engineers. You will be responsible for delivering impactful growth initiatives, ensuring high-quality analytics instrumentation, and guiding the team’s technical direction and execution. You’ll partner closely with product, data, and marketing stakeholders to prioritize and execute against a growth roadmap, while fostering a strong engineering culture centered on speed, quality, and accountability. This role reports to the Director of Engineering, Topps.
