As an Engineering Manager at ClassPass, you’ll lead a cross-functional team with strengths across mobile, backend, and platform, working together to drive expansion into new growth areas. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and engineering, where experimentation and real user impact shape what gets built. You’ll guide your team through complex technical challenges while setting a clear, long-term technical direction, balancing speed with sustainable architecture. It’s a highly collaborative environment where iteration is key, and your ability to partner closely with product and empower your team will directly influence both the user experience and business growth. Requirements

3+ years of direct management experience with an engineering team of at least 6 members with skills across the stack.
Experience in delivering high-quality frontends and/or mobile applications.
Established architecture and best practices for web or mobile applications and their backends.
Proven ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, and execute effectively.
