Pivotal Health is seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the Growth & Onboarding team. This team is responsible for the systems and experiences at the beginning of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding flows, customization tooling, benchmarking tools, and sales/marketing support surfaces. This is a high-visibility role with significant cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and marketing. The role involves building a new team from the ground up and requires strong customer experience instincts, leadership of backend and full-stack engineers, and the ability to define team operations. It's a player-coach role where the manager will contribute code, drive delivery, and improve engineering quality while also developing the team and fostering a product-engineering mindset.
