Its mission: create reusable, reliable foundations so every Fanatics business can move faster without starting from scratch. As an Engineering Manager at Fanatics, you will be a technical leader with the ability to grow and scale engineering teams that can deliver business results and ship high-quality software with customer-facing products and internal platforms. You’ll lead the Homepage and Early Life team, helping to deliver a best-in-class experience for new and existing users in the Fanatics App. The Fanatics App is the front door for our other apps and products, bringing together Free to Play sports games, live events, ecommerce, and new product experiences to deliver a new Sports platform. Through your leadership, you’ll turn first-time users into engaged fans through relevant, timely, and personalized touchpoints, and own app personalization for existing users.
