The Enterprise Platform team builds the core APIs and tools that power Instacart’s Fulfillment-as-a-Service offering, enabling retailers to operate their own digital storefronts while leveraging Instacart’s technology and fulfillment network. Our platform supports roughly $4B in GTV and sits at the center of Instacart’s enterprise ecosystem. This role is based in Toronto, Canada, with flexibility for remote work across Canada. The Team’s Work Is Organized Across Two Pillars Connect Fulfillment – High‑performance fulfillment APIs that support real‑time retail experiences Enterprise Tools – Retailer‑facing tools (e.g., testing center, debugging, credential management) that simplify and streamline integrations with Instacart As an Engineering Manager, you will own the technical strategy and roadmap for Enterprise Platform APIs and Tools, drive the vision, and shape future products for retailers. You’ll lead, develop, and grow a team of 10+ software engineers while partnering closely with Product, Business Development, Professional Services, Data Science, and cross‑org engineering teams to deliver an enterprise‑grade experience at scale.
