Netflix is launching a new ad-supported tier and is building an in-house world-class ad tech ecosystem. The Ads Platform team is dedicated to creating this ecosystem to drive the advertising business, encompassing products from sales and media planning to optimizing advertiser outcomes and execution. This includes inventory and order management, campaign execution, ad serving, audience and identity management, measurement, reporting, and finance. The Ads Supply Engineering team specifically builds systems and integrations to expand Netflix's advertising platform by increasing the supply of content and users available for ad monetization. This new team is focused on rapidly growing Netflix's advertising footprint and is looking for leaders experienced in ad serving, inventory sharing, and programmatic integrations.
