About The Position

As an Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) Member for General Dynamics Mission Systems, you will rotate across several cross-functional teams within our Bloomington, Minnesota locations, with opportunities to support other sites. These teams are responsible for Airborne Avionics, Stores Management, Sensor Processing, Secure Computing, and more. While completing different rotations, you will also complete a technical Master’s degree, undergo internal training, be involved in community engagement, and establish a strong professional network. This position is hybrid, allowing you to flex your time between on-site and home, depending on the rotation. You will be part of the Bloomington, Minnesota facilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity is required.
At least zero to three years of related work experience.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire.
Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
U.S. citizenship is required.
GPA of at least 3.2 (3.6 preferred).
Previous internship or project work in your discipline.
Demonstrated ability to manage your time effectively, face challenging tasks, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.
A passion for supporting those who serve, learning and applying new concepts, and community involvement.
Strong Technical Background.
Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation.
Demonstrated Leadership Experience.
Strong Interpersonal Skills.
