About The Position

Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise software solutions across web, mobile, backend, cloud, and integration platforms. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional engineering teams, establish engineering best practices, drive architectural decisions, and ensure successful execution of complex digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, UX, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years leading engineering teams.
Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications across web, mobile, backend, and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), backend technologies (.NET, Java, Node.js, or similar), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, containerization, and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and leading distributed technical teams.
10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
3+ years leading engineering teams or multiple technical workstreams.
Proven success delivering large-scale digital products from concept through production.
Experience working with geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
Strong track record of driving engineering excellence, technical innovation, and successful software delivery.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), Retail, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Hands-on experience with observability platforms, SRE practices, and production operations.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering teams in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
