About The Position

If you are an Engineering Lab Technician professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to contribute to meaningful testing, product validation, and continuous improvement within a collaborative laboratory environment. You will play a key part in ensuring the quality, safety, and performance of our products through hands-on testing, equipment maintenance, and accurate documentation. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Conduct routine product testing following established procedures and applicable standards Build and assemble basic test fixtures, including computer-based configurations used for test operation and data acquisition Document test results accurately and create clear reports using laboratory systems and Microsoft Office tools to maintain compliance and data integrity Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of assigned laboratory equipment under general supervision Operate and evaluate ETC and competitor products to support validation and benchmarking activities Use training, technical knowledge, and analytical thinking to troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues Who You Are: You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED with demonstrated mechanical or electrical aptitude
