An internship is a temporary position within Solventum. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment during the summer of 2027. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. Applications on this requisition are reviewed during the Q4 2025 for Summer 2027 internships. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or higher from an accredited institution
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for existing operations in the manufacturing facility.
Lead/Support Continuous Improvement Projects to identify improvement opportunities for cost, service, inventory and execute improvement plans.
Participating in continuous improvement projects, experiments, and kaizen events
Troubleshoot various manufacturing issues in dealing with label and industrial problems, identify causes and implement solutions throughout the entire manufacturing workflow.
Document per GMP practices and Regulatory standards. This may include validations, technical reports, nonconforming product reports, corrective and preventative actions, etc.
Comply with corporate policies, procedures and security standards while performing assigned duties.
