Requirements

You’re an Engineering student graduating by Spring 2027.
You have experience in leadership roles, whether in school, extracurricular activities, or other organizations.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar 3D design software is a plus (bonus points for hands-on experience).

Responsibilities

Design and contribute to the development of new products, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine standard work processes, sharing best practices along the way.
Apply Lean principles like 5S and Standard Work to ensure efficiency and excellence in all our processes.
Tackle and eliminate chronic issues using advanced problem-solving techniques.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes and overall efficiency.
Gain real-world experience in process control, protocol writing, and validation of new/improved materials.
Dive into a variety of tasks and projects that will challenge you and help you grow.
