Requirements

• Strong analytical ability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and performing basic calculations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage information and documents effectively
• Junior or Senior year of University/College

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of LEED and sustainable practices helpful
• Revit, Autocad experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assisting with design and layout of ductwork and related mechanical equipment such as motors, fans and pumps for new and existing buildings
• Working with Engineers on commercial, government, healthcare, and scientific buildings
• Will learn and utilize Revit for 3D designs and Navisworks to check interferences
• May perform mathematical calculations and assist with equipment research and specifications
• Perform light spreadsheet work, including basic calculations, data entry, and organizing information
• Assist with organizing and managing project information, documents, files, and other engineering materials
• May visit client sites and attend walk-throughs, punch lists or meetings with architects, owners, and subcontractors
• Other duties as assigned
