An internship is a temporary position within Solventum. Interns typically work a full-time schedule throughout a 10-12 week assignment during the summer of 2027. This position is limited to working 899 hours per service credit year. Applications on this requisition are reviewed during the Q4 2026 for Summer 2027 internships. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or higher from an accredited institution
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support for existing operations in the manufacturing facility
Contributing to various cross functional teams/ projects
Participating in continuous improvement projects, experiments, and kaizen events
Providing support for new product scale-up and commercialization
Corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
