Requirements

  • Major(s): Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Class Year(s): Rising Junior, Rising Senior
  • GPA: Min 3.0
  • Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics (high school level or above)
  • Strong computer skills, including general PC and Microsoft Office experience
  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw logical conclusions
  • Ability to follow simple instructions and execute tasks with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret data, graphs, and basic metrics
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support the team by completing projects and tasks assigned by the Functional Manager
  • Assist with day-to-day operations, processes, and documentation needs
  • Follow all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, work practices, and company policies
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements
  • Assist in identifying issues, gathering relevant information, and helping develop practical solutions
  • Support process documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures as needed
  • Maintain flexibility to support deadlines and changing priorities
