Requirements

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related majors).
  • Utilize moderate to complex math and strong mechanical aptitude to support engineering solutions and contribute to project success.
  • Willing to grow strong communication and teamwork abilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Cultivate the ability to manage tasks and priorities independently, with a drive to succeed and consistently achieve goals.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and precision in every project or task.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to improve the efficiency and volume of material handling equipment shipments.
  • Facilitate communication between Drafting, Mechanical Planning, and the Shop to ensure alignment with customer requirements and specifications.
  • Assist Project Engineers with technical aspects of project work, contributing to successful project execution.
  • Work closely with Drafting to create updated marketing images that drive increased market share.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Martin’s unique manufacturing and support functions, identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
