Requirements

College or work experience with CAD.
Good working knowledge of a CAD program and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work with multiple functions to coordinate the flow of information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate engineering requirements.
Accuracy, thoroughness and timeliness.
Ability to provide support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate.

Nice To Haves

Electrical/Electronics college or work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of clear, complete and accurate working plans and detail drawings from sketches or notes for engineering or manufacturing purposes using AutoCAD and MS Office.
Work with engineers to develop a comprehensive set of system drawings and project documentation.
Perform basic product design modifications.
Develop basic detail and assembly drawings for products and equipment.
Follow engineering change processes as necessary to support existing products.
Generate and scan prints.
Generate data input from design documents to spreadsheets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
