About The Position
Our student engineering program offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns and co-ops gain exposure to real-world projects, technical challenges, and cross-functional collaboration—building a strong foundation for future careers.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field from an accredited program
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently and in collaborative teams
Responsibilities
- Design tools and fixtures using AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Support continuous improvement and production troubleshooting
- Create and revise operator instructions
- Assist with asset management, safety audits, and plant layout planning
- Apply engineering calculations to real-world problems
- Manage cross-functional projects
- Create technical documentation and present findings
- Take on additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
