About The Position

We are seeking motivated, organized, and safety-focused students to join our Lynn Lake Project for the upcoming fall term. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic mine building environment. Students will work closely with department leaders and team members to learn day-to-day responsibilities, develop valuable professional skills, and contribute to the success of ongoing projects and activities.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a university or college program in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Geological, or related discipline)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in industrial and construction environments (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering and/or environmental team with daily tasks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, environment, geology, and mine operations to support the construction of the Lynn Lake Project.
• Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and complying with all site safety policies and procedures.
• Adhering to all safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) like high-visibility vests, safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
