Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or related field.
10+ years of experience working in a nuclear enrichment, or DOE regulated environment.
Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
Proven experience managing and leading a team of engineers.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Ability to pass a drug screening.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Possess a Department of Energy Q Clearance.
15+ years of experience in a nuclear enrichment, or DOE regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the integration of engineering activities within a nuclear enrichment environment.
Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and clients.
Ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with project timelines, budgets, and objectives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale, complex projects.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and nuclear regulatory requirements.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies across engineering functions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex engineering challenges.
