About The Position
L3Harris is hosting an in-person Engineering Hiring Event for our Wilmington, MA site. We are looking for experienced professionals who want to solve complex challenges, work on mission-driven programs, and help shape the future of defense and aerospace innovation. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Location details will be shared with invited candidates. We are hiring for Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Program Management, Software Engineering, and Systems Engineering.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
- An active DoD Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced technology environments
