The Vehicle Mechatronics Embedded Controls (VMEC) – Battery Systems Controls (BSC) organization is responsible for the end-to-end development of High Voltage Battery Systems Controls and Software for all GM electric and (plug-in) hybrid electric vehicles (EVs and (P)HEVs). Our scope includes systems requirements, controls, diagnostics, software, and calibration development, as well as validation and deployment. We are seeking an Engineering Group Manager to lead our High Voltage Battery Systems Controls team. This leader will be responsible for driving requirements, controls, diagnostics, and software development in support of GM's rapidly expanding electrification portfolio. In addition to leading critical technology and product development initiatives, you will help shape strategic direction, drive execution, and build organizational capability as General Motors continues its transformation from a traditional automaker into a technology-driven mobility company.
