The Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager leads the planning, operation, and upkeep of all building systems, equipment, and infrastructure to deliver a safe, reliable, and highly efficient supply chain environment. You will own the health and performance of the facility—driving uptime, throughput, cost efficiency, and risk reduction—while championing a safety-first, reliability-centered maintenance culture. This role spans strategic planning and day-to-day execution, blending leadership, engineering rigor, and continuous improvement to ensure our teams, assets, and operations perform at their best. You’ll lead preventive and predictive maintenance, oversee capital projects, manage vendors, and coordinate emergency repairs for critical assets. Leveraging accurate metrics, data analysis, and root-cause investigations, you’ll drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment effectiveness. Success requires strong cross-functional collaboration, timely performance reporting, and precise escalation handling to maintain seamless execution across the Engineering & Facilities network. You’ll recruit, onboard, and develop talent through coaching, feedback, and a mix of formal and on-the-job training, building technical and leadership capabilities. Fostering trust and engagement across all levels is key to creating a culture of shared success. Safety leadership is non-negotiable—enforcing LOTO, Arc Flash, and PPE standards, driving hazard prevention, and leading post-incident investigations. In Food & Beverage operations, you’ll also ensure sanitation and ammonia refrigeration compliance to protect product integrity and meet regulatory standards. Asset stewardship extends across all site systems, including material handling equipment, power distribution, HVAC, fire suppression, dock equipment, backup generators, and more.
