About The Position

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our project management and engineering teams while helping strengthen client relationships. This strategic role combines technical leadership with a forward-thinking approach to business growth. You’ll manage a team of 8–12 professionals, ensure projects launch smoothly, and support client engagement to help secure new opportunities. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering expertise, proven leadership experience, and an outgoing, collaborative style that complements the existing leadership team. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Strong communicator with an outgoing, relationship-focused leadership style and basic sales skills
• Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
• Ability to navigate multi-state licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

• Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
