About The Position
The Engineering Coordinator role involves leading and training engineering and landscape team members in both technical and non-technical areas. This individual will be comfortable coordinating various projects from start to finish and will focus on maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 year experience in a coordinator role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to operate all Hotel systems and associated equipment
- Familiarity with associated vendors and ability to identify replacement parts, materials, and necessary tools
- Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and furniture as well as follow directions on warning labels
- Ability to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management
- Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record

Responsibilities
- Respond to all Guest Requests within a very timely manner
- Respond to all emergency or life threatening situations
- Follow established safety procedures
- Log and communicate all essential information in Engineering logs
- Responsible for all Engineering Admin duties
