About The Position
We are currently looking for an Engineering Co-op to join our team in Dayton, Ohio during the summer/fall. We’re seeking a highly motivated engineering student for a cooperative educational (Coop) position in our Dayton, OH office. Multiple Co-op rotations are anticipated that will consist of increasingly challenging internal R&D and contract technical projects.
Requirements
- Engineering student with a focus in the electrical or aerospace fields
- GPA of at least 2.8 on a 4.0 scale
- Applicant must be willing to undergo a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
- US Citizenship is needed for most positions.
Nice To Haves
- Programming experience with a general purpose language (C, C++, Python, Matlab, etc.)
- Modeling and simulation experience with Matlab/Simulink or another mathematical, software tool.
- Experience with: receivers for global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), inertial instrumentation, or embedded systems for aerospace (or related) applications.
- Experience with: optimization, state estimation, sensor and data fusion, or guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) techniques.
- Existing and Active Secret is desirable.
- Existing and Active TS is highly desirable.
