About The Position

This co-op position involves analyzing CT scan data for aviation security applications. You will develop and utilize software tools and scripts for processing and evaluating imaging data, support image analysis initiatives with advanced computational techniques, and test/evaluate CT reconstruction software performance. Additionally, you will assist with image quality optimization and system tuning, document findings, and present technical results to engineering teams. You will also collaborate with experienced engineers on research, development, and product improvement projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related discipline
• Experience programming in Python or MATLAB/Octave
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical findings effectively

Nice To Haves

• Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or DSP exposure
• Linux experience
• GPU programming experience
• Interest in imaging systems and computer vision
