Requirements
- 10 years of direct experience in avionics engineering
- Proven expertise in electronics assembly, cable routing, and harness fabrication
- Proficient with crimpers, multimeters, and wire stripping tools
- Strong analytical skills in product/system design within aviation environments
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience working on flight-rated aircraft
- Advanced soldering and troubleshooting capabilities
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and integrate avionics and flight control systems for flight aircraft
- Support instrumentation wiring, electronics assembly, and test functions
- Execute cable routing, wire stripping, harness fabrication, and soldering with precision
- Utilize crimpers, multimeters, and specialty tools to ensure reliable system operation
- Analyze system/product designs for optimal functionality, appearance, safety, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and enhance system performance
