Your Impact These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned: Assist engineers with simple programming tasks and software testing. Learn basic coding concepts and apply them in guided projects. Help document project information and maintain records. Participate in team meetings to understand how projects are planned and executed. Support troubleshooting activities by following instructions and observing problem-solving methods. Explore how software is used to control vehicles and systems in a safe and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

  • Current high school student (junior or senior preferred).
  • Interest in technology, engineering, or computer programming.
  • Willingness to learn new concepts and ask questions.
  • Ability to follow directions and work responsibly on assigned tasks.
  • Basic familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with coding (through school, clubs, or self-study).
  • Interest in automotive, robotics, or engineering-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and with a team.
