With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. Pritchard Industries is seeking a skilled and dedicated Apprentice to join our team. The Apprentice will assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems.
Requirements
- High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Life Safety Systems
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed operating engineers with daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks under supervision
- Monitor mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment and report irregularities
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and maintenance records
- Follow all safety protocols, union standards, and building procedures
- Participate in on-the-job training and required union coursework
Benefits
- Salary : $17.33 per hour
- Schedule : Full-Time Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
